We are offering a low price package of $35.00 per family for all of the photos and videos of your studio. We prefer that all families sign up due to the digital format and sharing. We will accept 85% of the families because we realize that some parents do not participate in buying photos and videos.
Attached is a sign up sheet and if you could bring that sheet filled out with payment and give it to a Sheer Representative at the Merchandise table at the competition that would be great. Allow two weeks for delivery. We will email you the link and password for the digital downloads to give to the families that signed up. If paying by check, make the check payable to Sheer Elite. TITLE COMPETITION
All headshots for title participants must be received by 2 weeks in advance of the competition date. Headshots are a requirement of Title competition. You can email them to me directly.
Each Title participant will be welcomed on stage before their performance where they will introduce themselves with their name, age category that they are competing in ex: "Miss Sheer Junior", the name and style of their entry and a fun fact about themselves.
Immediately following their introduction, they will take their place for their performance.
(Since there is no level to Title, all title entries have been moved to 'elite' to help ease some things for us on the back end)
CONVENTION
Convention will start at 9am on Sunday. Studio owners and teachers may be in the rooms. Parents are not allowed in convention classes. At the end of the convention, we will hold a showcase and scholarship assembly for all dancers.
